I've been living here a few months and it has some benefits and plenty of negatives. The apartment units themselves are pretty nice looking and spacious and the grounds are generally well kept and maintained (minus the hideous shopping carts everywhere...). absolutely the best living situation I've had in Los Angeles. finally a management company that cares about its property and its tenants. Has a central phone number for any problems and a responsive staff. The Building is safe clean and I can't imagine being happier that I am here.
